Prices
Prices include VAT and are correct at time of going to press. We reserve the right to alter prices either up or down, including any variations to the rate of VAT.
Payment
Full payment must be made before any product is dispatched. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch or American Express and most major payment methods. All payments taken online are taken in a secure environment. Payments can also be made by cheque, please contact us for more information.
Shipping
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24 hours if the merchandise is in stock. Some orders take additional time and you will be advised if this is the case.
The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout. We ship in the UK via Parcel force and your tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order has gone out. You may then track your order via the Parcel force website. They may require a signature so if you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card from them. Please arrange for your free re-delivery or pick-up directly with them.

Returns
We hope that your order will be just as you imagined and that we can only imagine the smile you will have on your face when you receive your item .
In the unlikely event that the smile doesn’t happen for you , we are happy to offer you a 14-day money-back guarantee on all goods.
You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. We will refund the cost of the product to you upon receipt of the returned items. We cannot always refund postage & packaging costs however if the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound and the return postage charges. In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.

Due to the the handmade quality of the materials we use, each piece may have slight variations in appearance, colour and finish. Very rarely measurements may also be different, please bear this in mind when measuring your space and ordering.
